at my 38 week appointment due to decreased movement (less than 10 times a day) my doctor wanted me to be induced at 39 weeks. I went in and they put the monitor on my stomach and put my iv in but didn’t start the medication yet as my doctor was in a c section at the moment. His heart rate went off the charts down to 50 about 5 nurses and 3 doctors rushed in throwing an oxygen mask on me turning me on my side, cutting the belly band off having me go on my hands and knees all while doing an ultrasound. They immediately started taking off my jewelry and rushed me down for an emergency c section. I’ve never been so scared in my life but hearing his cry made all the pain worth it 💙 born July 1st at 1:00 weighting 6.9 pounds 💕
