I was told today that caffeine can actually reduce the level of amniotic fluid. Is this true?

Well, it is a diuretic so there may some truth to that. You probably have to drink an excessive amount for it to do that though.

I've never heard of it. I've been having my morning lattes and everything at my anatomy scan was perfect

I've never heard of this but my midwife and also a pediatrician friend told me that it's fine as long as you don't have to much coffee... It's been a never ending battle with my husband for my whole pregnancy regarding my daily cup of coffee

Not sure. I drink one cup of coffee a day and everything at my anatomy scan was normal.
