I work at the same center my children attend. I’m a preschool teacher, and my children are 2, and 4 months.

My 2 year old was outside choking on chalk in the corner, all of his teachers were 50+ feet away all (5 teachers) were standing/sitting together by the building talking. Another teacher (across the toddler area in a different fenced in area) yelled “HEY! You have a child choking over here!”. I was NEVER notified of this until today, from the teacher that notified his teachers. I am LIVID. No incident report, nothing. They didn’t even tell me.

EDIT- My center just got put on a 6 month probation for supervision issues as well. Now I can see why.
