Has anyone ever been gaslighted? I ask because I fear it is happening to me.

I'm sure everyone has one way or another. And a lot of people don't even realize it.

Yes my ex did it.  Stand your ground, don't let whoever it is manipulate you.  Know when to say no

Yes, my mother gaslights people all the time.
