Today is the one year anniversary of losing my first baby. We were so excited to get pregnant, had two healthy ultrasounds with a heartbeat, announced after the second ultrasound, and I started bleeding a few hours later. I ended up getting a D&C, it took almost 6 months to get my period back, and then I got pregnant again (on the due date for my first pregnancy). I’m currently 24 weeks exactly with my precious and healthy Rainbow baby.

I’m feeling such a range of emotions. I feel so sad for the baby I lost, but so excited for this baby. I just needed to talk about it and knew you ladies would understand. Thanks.
