Miscarriage or implantation??

Question

I’m 4 days late for my period, I’ve been throwing up, and yesterday (3 days late) I took a pregnancy test and it showed a faint line. Yet today I started spotting. It’s a light pink/ orange. Is that too late for implantation bleeding? Is it my period? Or could it be a miscarriage. (Pregnancy text posted in comments) (its a little heavier than this now, but not red.

I'm not sure that test is positive I'd retest with a different brand, like someone already said those tests are known for false positives

To me that test looks negative it looks like an indent line

The test looks more like an indent, a very faint indent. I’d try with another brand! :)

Okay I had this on two separate occasions and sometimes even heavier than that. It’s called a subchorionic hematoma it’s where theres blood between your uterus and the forming fetus. I had this and went on the have no complications. At the time I was so scared I was miscarrying but everything was fine
