Is it normal to break out on new BC pill?

I used to take the BC pill, Microgestin, but decided to switch to Levora. I've been on it for 2 weeks and I'm having some horrible acne!! I used to have cystic acne back in my teen years, but now it's back and 5x worse!! :(

​Is this normal to have acne flare up on new BC pill, specifically Levora?
