Opk help

First month using opk. I had the Premom app but i was taking the pictures upside down 🤦‍♀️so it thinks i already ovulated so I’m getting frustrated looking at the app even tho I still upload the tests to it. Is this Last test positive!? Just taken a few minutes ago!
