On Sunday 7th July, 2019 I got up, went to church and came back home as i would every sunday morning. I tried to take a nap at around 12:30pm but was unable to so i took my phone and started to read the news on google. I kid you not that the first headline i saw in our local news in Trinidad and Tobago was the gruesome murder of my best friend. He was 24 years old and shot multiple times and died at the crime scene. He left behind a beautiful three year old child who is now fatherless and the murderer got away in a waiting vehicle. For the past seven years he was the only one i could reach out to at any point in time and he would always be there for me. I miss him dearly and i never knew how much i loved my best friend until i lost him. Life is short!! Enjoy the people around you as much as you can. Love without holding back and always tell someone how much you love them as often as possible. My heart is in tiny little pieces because i can never hear his voice again. He helped me through so many things in the past seven years that i never imagined he would be gone....RIP to "Kyrel Nash Braxton"...I WILL FOREVER LOVE YOU!!!!💔💞

I truly wish i was there at that point in time to take those bullets for him. He didn't deserve it. This was a crime committed to spite his family and he was the youngest sibling.
