Emotional

I am driving myself crazy my kids 9,10,and12 are also driving me crazy has anyone else experienced this they stripped my membrane yesterday and it is obiously not working but I keep having all the normal signs of labor nesting, loss of mucous plug, cramping some contractions tmi diarrhea, spotting tired and all that is there anything I can do to control my emotions before I go crazy on someone and is this normal
