How can I filter certain topics?

Like miscarriage posts etc ? I am currently pregnant and anxious all the time. How can I filter posts like that so I don’t see them ?

I’ve had to hide a few posts but no option to hide topics. I’ve come across photos of stillborn/miscarried babies and it puts me into such bad anxiety as I’m currently 27 weeks. And they don’t post a warning about the photo. The clickbate titles also don’t help me avoid clicking on a topic.

You can only filter age groups, and that barely works because the younger girls usually lie about their age anyway.
