Boobs hurt and are swollen and hard
My boobs are very sore and they’re extremely hard and also swollen. Its very uncomfortable, does anyone have advice on how to help this? What are some things I can do to lessen the pain? Also what could be causing this? I’m about to get my period in 1 week, so it could be that. Please leave advice on how to soothe the pain. Thanks!
