Sore swollen boobs, heartburn, diarrhea, and fatigue

I’m 10dpo and 3 days away from af. Took a test today. BFN. However, my boobs are so swollen and sore which started about 5dpo. I have one and off heartburn since the last 3-4 days, diarrhea also the last 3-4 days, and have been feeling super tired. At this point I might as well just wait for af to show up. Feeling like I’m out this month. :(
