Ovulating and back pain?

Can your back hurt when you're ovulating? I have had mild cramps and lower back pain all day and it's my ovulation day. Just wondering if it's all related! 🤷🏼‍♀️

Omg yes! The month we conceiving my ovulation was so painful. I had such bad cramps and back pain, we were out for a walk and I had to stop because it hurt so bad. I’m now 22wks!
