Anyone else waiting for the 2nd trimester?

We’re waiting to tell our family and other friends till we reach our 3 month mark because I’ve miscarried twice in the past before I met my husband. But I’m itching to just scream it! We’ve already told a few friends so we can have someone to talk to if anything goes wrong but it’s not the same lol

It’s my preference to tell the people I’d want support from during a miscarriage as soon as I know. But that’s just me. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Same boat. We had a miscarriage at 13 weeks in April and we had just announced and knew the baby’s sex. It was devastating... that was our second miscarriage. Currently pregnant again and my husband and I have decided to wait. It’s is really hard emotionally when you miscarry and everyone already knows you’re pregnant. It was added stress for me and just the other day someone told me I looked so great (they didn’t know about the miscarriage). It stings... good luck to you! Try not to stress.

Were going to announce it at about 20 weeks. We've told our moms and I told my best friend. I'll likely tell a couple other close family members around 12 weeks or so, but the vast majority of people wont know until much later.

We waited until the second trimester with our first.  We only told a couple close friends and siblings.  With this one now that I am 40 I am wanting to wait a little longer.  We had a miscarriage a year ago and I am scared for this one.  I told my 3 closest friends.  I Also told my sister because I wanted help with my mom.  She was up visiting for the summer and some of my early signs were getting hard to hide!  She was supposed to be on a trip until next Thursday but there was a family emergency so now I am not sure when she will be back.  I told my husband we we might have to tell her when she gets back up depending on if we have been to our ultrasound or not.  So odds are we will wait at least until the second trimester if not later to tell pretty much everyone.

I’m just 4w3ds but I told my 3 closest friends last night, I couldn’t hold it in any longer. I’ve had 3 miscarriages and an ectopic but feeling so positive about this one I just had to tell someone and at the end of the day if something went wrong I would tell them anyway. I’m desperate to tell my mum but she’s currently on holiday and I don’t want to tell her over the phone. Each to their own I’d say.

To tell most people or public definitely 12 if not 16 weeks but family waiting for the ultrasound next week 👍🏽
But I haven’t had a miscarriage and one healthy pregnancy so that’s why too👍🏽 I would wait to just because I’m not a tell everyone my stuff kind of girl just a few people
