Help me understand....
So my mom instincts are telling me my little guy would sleep better in his own room in his crib. He just seems squished and uncomfortable in his Halo Bassinest, plus it has started to tilt slightly to one side which causes him to end up with a face full of mesh.
My question is, do we know why the AAP recommends 6 months for the transition? My son is almost 3 months and we would be using a camera monitor with sound. Plus his room is across the hall. I’m trying to figure out how that is different than him in the room with us. I can check on him easily.
This is an honest question. If there is a reason keeping him in our room is really safer, obviously I want to do that. But, I guess I don’t get it 🤷♀️
