Here’s a few common ones for you off the top of my head! 
AF - aunt flow/period
EPO - evening primrose oil
BO - blighted ovum 
MC - miscarriage 
DH - dear husband
SO - significant other 
TTC - trying to conceive

And for instance cd17 means cycle day 17 counting what cycle day u are from counting day 1 of your period (af) meaning cycle day1. Ttc obviously means trying to conceive. Thats it really oh and bbt means basal body temperature.
Opk= ovulation test
Hpt =pregnancy test
Bd= done the deed
