I am currently 33 weeks, measuring 34 weeks pregnant with my 2nd. My first was a c section due to breech. I'm really wanting to try for a VBAC but my last ultrasound he was breech. At 26w5d he was head down then at my 30w6d ultrasound he was breech again. I don't get another ultrasound till the 1st of August at 35 weeks. Today I had an OB appt for a doppler check and the NP found him below my belly button. She didn't have to move around at all to find him, it was really loud underneath my belly button. I asked her if she thought he might be head down again and she said yes because if he was breech she would've found him up by my belly button or higher. Well I feel almost all his movements at the top of my stomach. Or when I'm laying down they r on both sides of my stomach. Tonight he had the hiccups and they were up at the top of my stomach. I read that you can normally tell a baby is head down when the hiccups are lower but I'm not sure. I can't figure out this kids positions. Is there any way to tell if they are breech or not without an ultrasound. Starting to get scared hes gonna be breech the rest of my pregnancy and it will result in a RS. TIA!
