Am I allowed this?

I’m thinking about having this chocolate cake, but it has cream in and so I wasn’t sure if I was allowed to have it or not, as I know it’s best to only have pasteurised milk. I just wanted to make sure first, before eating it, cause I don’t want any harm to come to my baby.

The only dairy to worry about (besides normal refrigeration and food safety as always) is imported soft cheese that hasn't been cooked/heated. Like say imported feta. Then you need to read the label if it's pasteurized. Otherwise it's fine.

Yes, cream in the US is pasteurized, as are nearly all dairy products. Furthermore, pasteurization is just heating a product to kill off any possible bacteria, so anything baked would have been heated more than enough
