I am not happy with my doctor. She keeps blowing off my cholestasis concerns because my bile levels are within normal range—but they rose between tests and the itching is unbearable. These tests are two weeks old and it will be another 5-10 days before the next set comes in...which she didn’t order for me. I had it with my first child, so I’m pretty sure something is going on and I’m scared for my baby.

I am 33 weeks and want a 2nd opinion and maybe to switch to a more proactive doctor, but I’m worried no one will see me this far along. Anyone have experience getting a 2nd opinion or switching doctors late in the game???
