Multiple pregnancy questions
I had an OB appointment the other day and wanted to ask her multiple questions but after an hour of waiting for my own appointment due to them running very behind, she popped in and popped out before I even got the chance to ask anything. She seen my list of questions and was out of there so quick🙄
So annoyed considering I have a 50 minute drive to my appt only for her to pop in for not even 5 minutes and I had a whole list of questions and won’t be able to have any answers until my next appointment in a month.
***I know you all aren’t OB’s but could you give me a little insight until I actually have a chance to talk to my OB again?
**please don’t belittle me and make me feel small for asking. This is my first pregnancy and I’m not in the mood for people to tell me how pathetic I am for not already knowing.
Questions I had:
•Swollen hands and feet? My Feet are swollen mostly during the day and at night by bedtime. My hands are swollen only in the morning when I wake up. My hands feel really tight. Especially when I bend them. I have to take my rings off. I know it can be a normal part of pregnancy but just wanted to make sure🤷🏼♀️
•At what point do I stop sleeping on my back? I’ve still been sleeping on my back because it’s more comfortable for my hips and shoulders. However I do turn to my sides throughout the night.
•Traveling 9.5 hours to see my husband this coming Sunday. Anything I need to do? Get out of the car and stretch every 2 hours?
•Diet has been awful. All I crave is junk food! I’m really tall for a woman. Weight pre pregnancy was 167lbs and I’m 25 weeks and weigh 183lbs now. Is this normal weight gain for as far along as I am with my first?
•What can I do to help my severe sugar cravings?
•I painted our babies room the other day and my SIL kept saying something about me reaching above my head and that I really wasn’t supposed to be reaching above the head while pregnant??
•Very forgetful lately. My memory is horrible. I know that’s partly due to pregnancy but could it be because of my diet and sugar intake as well? I’ve heard diet and sugar have an impact on memory.
