help for love handles?

Hi , I have bad love handles and it’s embarrassing , do you girls know how to melt them fast? or what’s some good foods that burn fat? Thank you beautiful girls💓!

Eat lots of fresh veggies, fish, chicken w/o hormones and injections-be careful of buzz words like "free range and vegan fed", portion out aka weigh your food and track the calories and micro carbs/calories before you eat. Stick to water as much as possible. Stay away from sugars, cut out majority of carbohydrates (there's a shocking amount in a daily diet)

Swimming, side plank crunches with and without the weights, wide/sumo and knees xlose together squats and jump squats, cardio, HIIT on YouTube, AtheLean or Michelle McDaniel on YouTube. 
That's a tough spot, but if you stick to a workout and away from sugars and grease that'll help a lot.
