I just left my anatomy scan and first and foremost baby is perfect is every way so yes I’m ecstatic.

However we arrived and we were met by two ladies. Apparently one was a trainee and the other one was her supervisor.

I already thought... damn we get the rookie but the show must go on.

Anywho, she kept blaming baby for being super wriggly during examination (she said it in a nice way but 30min into it I just thought ‘stop blaming baby for your incompetence’). She images were crap.. either blurry or super dark and her “supervisor” didn’t say a word.

We saw more of babies details at our 12weeks scan then we could see at the current 20week scan (facial features, body, fingers, toes). Even when she tried for a 3D of the face she tried for one second and quickly moved on - She said “ooops, hands are covering the face, it won’t work”.

Then to top it off we told them at the START of the appointment that we were waiting till birth to find out the sex... but she bloody showed us HIS bits while she was getting a spinal scan. I wish she told us to look away for a second or something.

When we go to pay, reception says she entered in wrong and we had to wait for them to fix it up and digital Images are always available within a couple of hours but I keep refreshing the page 12hours later and she has only uploaded one image.

I should mention the gentleman we had before asked me to cough, stand, pee, lay on my side etc when baby wasn’t cooperating - he didn’t give up straight away like this lady did. Maybe she was nervous as her supervisor was in the room.

I know baby’s health is more important but after waiting 7weeks and spending $175 I lay here at 3:37am feeling disappointed in the service I received.
