Is it lightning crotch?

I've been having sudden severe pains between my upper thigh and my vagina, it kind of feels like my baby is stretching my bones open. Is it what people call lightning crotch or is it something else?
It happens for a few seconds then subsides. I'm 37 weeks.

For me, lightening crotch feels like the baby directly kicked my cervix. It’s a really STRONG “zap” feeling. Almost like someone reached up there with metal tweezers and pinched you lol. That’s what I feel and have always associated with lightening crotch.. like a jolt of lightening lol

I have always thought lightning crotch is where baby kicks/punches the cervix. I could be totally wrong though!
