Flying before 1st vaccines

All of our family lives 800 miles away and I will be going back to work before my daughter gets vaccinated.

Hubby and I won't have any time off together until March to take the kids up to see family.

My question is does anyone have experience flying with an unvaccinated newborn?

Any advice?
