Postpartum period
Hi ladies. I'm 12 months pp, and ever since my period came back at 8 months, I get vaginal cramps instead of the standard pelvic cramps I used to get before having a baby. They are miserable and trigger a lot of the unpleasant memories I have of the postpartum healing process that was prolonged for me. Has this happened to anyone else? I have to pop four advil to deal with the pain.
