Is placenta encapsulation worth it?

Question

For the experienced moms who encapsulated their placenta - do you feel like it made a difference? I'm on the fence about it and would love to hear your experience!

I loved that I did it! It gave me a jolt of energy when I took it and I had a happy and successful postpartum & breastfeeding experience. I also noticed my mood drop on the few days I accidentally skipped it

I plan on doing it again this time around. I had very minimal post delivery bleeding,  increased milk supply and little to none depression.  Really helps to balance things out and help your body get back in tune of things. Makes you feel tons better with a bit more energy.
