Worried mommy

The last menstrual I remember having was may 14 that would put me at 10wk. Doctors says the baby only measures at 6wks and 1 day but they couldn't hear a heartbeat.. doctor wants me back in a week to see if we have growth . Should I be worried? I haven't experienced and bleeding. Slight cramping that comes and goes.
