So, it wasn’t until I got this app that I realized men actually do things around the house

Where I’m from, all the women take care of the chores around the house (except lawn care, taking out the trash and maintenance) and take care of the kids. Even my grandma told me that her husband has only loaded the dishwasher once in their 25 years of marriage.

I’m a SAHM (also babysit another infant) and I cook, clean, and care for our 10 month old daughter. My man works from 5-6 every day. When he comes home, he eats dinner and relaxes/spends time with us until I get my daughter ready for bed. He’s never given her a bath and I’m not sure the last time he’s ever even changed a diaper. I’ve never expected anything more since it’s how we’ve both been raised.

I’ve been really surprised how much yalls SO’s actually do things around the house and how much y’all expect them to help! It’s just crazy how different cultures in America can be ❤️
