Need advice on getting my hair cut and dye

Hi I really need advice I’m 5 weeks pregnant today and had a miscarriage at 12 weeks I’m April and just crushed me so now I’m super careful

I’m supposed to go Monday to get a haircut and dye

The nurse said it’s ok but I want to be careful what do you think please any advice I’m grateful for
