Used to do twice a day, but over the last few months I've been using them, I realize my pattern and don't need to. They're always faint and negative, then the next morning it's a strong positive and it says positive for the day. Then the next day, it's a faint negative line. Since all that matters is the first positive, I just test once a day, then I don't test after the positive opk I get in the morning.

I check once a day in the morning until I think I'm getting closer and then I test in the morning and in the late afternoon. Good luck!!
