My contractions are about three minutes apart and last 50 seconds each for the past hour. I’m not in tons of pain, but I can clearly tell when each one starts and stops. Are these real or Braxton-Hicks?

UPDATE: It’s now been two hours and they’re still three minutes apart but there’s really no pain? I feel my stomach tightening quite a bit so I think these are contractions but really it doesn’t hurt almost at all. Just a little uncomfortable. I’m so afraid that this is just a false alarm.
