Question about your woman parts being swollen

Hi there.

I'm sorry if this is TMI, I just don't know if Anyone has experienced this...soooo

I'm three days late and no AF. Tests show a faint line from what others have said. But tonight I went to use the rest room and I noticed just inside my "lips" I can see something swollen?! It's almost the type of swollen like after intercourse swollen...is this a sign of pregnancy or AF?! I've never noticed it before if it is AF?!
