I had a previous c section with my daughter 7 years ago and I'm currently 38 Weeks with my little boy. I'm trying to go for a vbac but my doctor says I have to go into labor on my own to have him that way. If I don't by next Friday, I will have another c section. I'm ok with another c section. I asked for it to happen at 39 weeks if I don't go into labor but I would love to experience a vaginal birth. Does anyone have any tips to help jumpstart labor? I'm currently 1 cm dilated and 20% effaced.
