Weight Loss Tips
I've been wanting to lose weight and get to a weight that I actually feel sexy and confident at. I know about eating healthy (which I do) and working out in various ways. I would like to know how anyone else has done it and what worked vs what hasn't.
I'm 5ft2 at 238lbs. Last I checked the average weight for my height is 130-ish.
I would greatly appreciate any tips or tricks you have to offer ❤
