So i did the 1 hour test and my sugar was 143 which isnt too high. When the normal range is 135. So im 35 weeks and im scheduled for a c section at 39 weeks. I have thyroid issues and pcos, i was prescribed metformin to help with weight loss and i was pre diabetic i took metformin throughout my whole pregnancy with my first son. I never had a issue with the glucose test. So with this pregnancy my doctor told me not to take my metformin and since then my sugar has been a little high. So yesterday i received a phone call from the doctors office and they told me if i dont do the 3 hour test they are going to transfer me out of the practice. They cant do that can they? because i dont see the point since im so far along, And i also just had a ultrasound the baby is measuring fine shes only 5 lbs.
