Has anyone used bengay muscle rub during their pregnancy? I woke up at 3am with the sharpest pain in my lower back and could barely get into the bathroom... then remembered we had bengay and used that. Worked like a miracle and I'm so grateful for that, but it didn't even OCCUR to my 3am exhausted brain that it might not be okay to use 🤦‍♀️

Nothing online has given me a solid and reputable answer. I mean, it is obviously too late now, but just wondering if anyone else has done this.
