IM FINALLY GETTING BACK TO EXERCISING!
I’ve been just eating and eating for about a year, and I’ve gained 50 pounds. I’m 14 and weigh 170lbs. I’ve decided to go to this group that my health center set up (for adults) to go to the YMCA. My doctor said he knew I would bend nicely into this adult group. I’ve been exercising 3 days a week for about two weeks and I LOVE it!! Why did I ever stop?
