Me too! Before I got pregnant, if i had an empty stomach, I could take a deep breath and push my stomach out and it would create a pop, bubble sensation that even others could feel on the outside. Now that im pregnant it feels like bubbles or gurgling in that spot especially when I lay on my left side. Its kind of annoying, but I figure it must air or something moving through smooshed pushed up organs...
