Glass of wine while waiting...

So I am in the waited game. Ovulated about a week ago and am due for AF next Friday. I was over a friends house tonight and had a glass of red wine...I need some reassurance that this is okay bc I am so nervous about doing everything right this time around. Tonight was the first time I had anything alcoholic to drink in over 2 weeks.
