Yes its called off-gassing. It’s very important to let new furniture air out and clean them with all natural ingredient surface cleaners or soaps. Maybe put some stuff outside tomorrow. It’s like the ‘new car smell’, just VOC’s in the air and they’re very important to try to clear the air of. :)
