12dpo is this an early sign?!😭

So back story: I had a knot in cord and I had a stillborn at 5 months. I gave birth on March 20th. I randomly got heart burn about a week ago and Instantly i got this feeling I was pregnant because I had it everyday when I was pregnant with my first. So i ovulated on July 8th and i am 12dpo. Today in the shower I kinda squished my nipple and colostrum came out!! It has came through both nipples. So is this an early sign of pregnancy!?

This was yesterday morning, but I keep getting no and “not pregnant” on all digital. Still haven’t got AF.

No love it isn’t. Most people don’t get tat until they are close to giving birth. 
I’m so sorry for your loss though and I hope you get your rainbow baby soon !
