I got my nose pierced in March. It healed just fine and hasn’t been sore at all in over a month. No issues whatsoever.

I went swimming yesterday...woke up this morning and it’s so sore..kinda red. Hurts to turn the nose ring at all. I’ve been putting sea salt water on it like I did when I first got it pierced...but it’s the end of the day and no improvement.

Has this happened to anyone else? Is it due to swimming or could I have accidentally hurt it overnight?
