I’ve had enough of my dad in the beginning it was my mom but now its my dad. No matter what we talk about it will always end of talking about race. He doesn’t want me to date black or Puerto Rican’s he considers them “the worst” I disagree 100% he wants me to stick to my own race. It comes to the point where I avoid conversations with him. He is very controlling I can’t wear certain things, have social media or visit friends house those are some examples. My mom however is starting to get very chill of course she has her moments. My brother left this house because he pursued his career he doesn’t contact my dad anymore I’m wondering if I should do the same? I have two more years till I’m 18 please give me some tips on how to deal with this. BTW I’m scared to talk back to him.
