I’m 7 weeks pregnant and I am freaking out about every thing I eat and drink. LOL any tips?

You can eat pretty much anything. But stay away from unpasterized dairy. You can eat like 1-2 cans a week of tuna but watch the mercury intake. 
Deli meat is fine as long as its from a reputable place and if your still uncomfortable with it just get it heated.

It will get easier. Once you figure out what is safe and what isn’t, you’ll be a pro. The first few weeks I googled “can pregnant women eat...” for basically everything I had lol

honey, your body will let you know! pay attention lol. certain foods will make you feel gassy, bloated, nauseous, get heart burn, constipated, etc.
there’s not much you need to stay away from except i’m sure you’ve heard undercooked or cold meats, excess coffee, and honestly it only takes about 300 extra calories to get your baby sufficient nutrients.
snack along the day with nuts, cucumbers, fruit, and plenty of water.
please, keep yourself hydrated this summer. get lots of rest.

I used the ovia app and checked the food safety of everything at first 😂 by second trimester, I calmed down a lot.

Best thing to drink is orange juice and water.  And fruits and vegetables are the best

Nothing too terrible. You can pretty much eat what you did before, preferably leaning toward the healthier side, but sometimes you have to eat what you can handle. No alcohol or food you don’t trust (questionable restaurants or food sitting out too long). Limit your caffeine intake (I skipped coffee quite a lot in first trimester, but probably went over a few times later on). Go easy on fish high in mercury. Wash your fruits and veggies. You may not have a problem with it, but I had to really watch my salt intake during my third trimester, just because my feet would swell up. Himalayan salt was fine, but I had to limit my chicken nuggets (that’s what I wanted my entire second pregnancy and I don’t even LIKE chicken nuggets😩🤦🏼‍♀️).
