I have a headache

I’ve had a headache since last night. Last night it was so bad I felt like I was going to throw up. I took some acetaminophen to get to sleep. But it’s morning now and I can still feel it. It’s minor now, but my headaches tend to get really bad really fast. I don’t want to take another acetaminophen so soon. (Trying to restrain from taking them as often as I can. )

Any natural remedies to help cool it down?
