During the first few weeks did any of you spot or cramp??

I have been cramping mildly on and off with a tinge of pink or brown in my cm.

Yes, twice. At 4+4 weeks and 12+1 weeks. Baby is ok. First one was implantation bleeding and 2nd was when the baby moved up from my pelvis we think.

Yup had both almost my entire first trimester. Doctor said it was fine as long as it wasn’t enough for a pad or pantyliner. But check with your doctor to be sure
