high risk pregnancies - anyone?

Anyone else a high risk pregnancy?
I have MTHFR mutation, factor 5 Leiden and hypothyroidism.
I am around 4-5 weeks and started Lovenox shots daily 2 days ago. I also take Levothroxine 100mcg.
I’m hoping to start progesterone soon (already have the prescription but it’s the wrong type for me.. I’ll explain if you want to know).

Im classed as high risk because i have had an extremely preterm baby (23+6 born) and two miscarriages one of which was a molar

I'm a high risk pregnancy, my diaghter was born in September, due to a rare birth defect CDH, she passed away 6 hours later.
My son was also born with cranio another birth defect but not so major. 
I also have gestatinal diabeties, choystsis later in pregnancy and step b.
Also with a chemical and a miscarrige since September.
I hate being high risk 🤦‍♀️

I have the MTHFR mutation too. I’m 5 weeks pregnant so far. Haven’t seen the doctor yet though. Does the MTHFR mutation make pregnancy high risk? It took me a couple years to get my hormones back to normal and stay there for a decent amount of time. They’ve always been all over the place. Specifically my progesterone. I’m still taking progesterone pills because it’s been chronically low for years.

I have Factor V and am on estradiol, endometrin, Lovenox, and aspirin. I have had three miscarriages prior to this pregnancy but am hopefully all the med this time will help.

I am going to be 40 in August so already high risk based on age. I also had Cholestasis with my daughter (second pregnancy as first one was miscarried at around 10 weeks). There is a 60-90% I will have Cholestasis again. I had preclampsia after giving birth to my daughter as well. Higher chance of having preclampsia again. When I discussed starting to TTC for #2 with my doctor she said I would see a specialist most likely from the beginning. Waiting on my first appointment on August 5 when I will be 7w4d to know more. Stressed as the first trimester is passing by super slow but trying to think positive as well!
