Anxiety is no joke
I've always been emotional and Anxiety since I was little I started with social Anxiety now I get panic attacks my asmah gets worse and i think crazy and too much.. I used to take 4 meds to bring down my anxiety now I only take one but what helps the most is a great support system like me talking out how I feel to a therpist or even to my boyfriend or a close friend... I cry a lot too my therpist told me its part of anxiety but let me tell u prayer is key well to me anyways just know if u suffer drom anxiety any type u are not alone god bless u all
