Will this work?

I want to lose fat and gain muscle!

Pre-brekkie: Happy Way Fat Burner powder.

Breakfast: coffee mint smoothie (1.5 bananas; 1tsp coffee; pinch of chopped mint leaves; 1.5tbsp almond butter; 350ml of almond milk & 1 scoop protein powder)

OR 2 eggs, 1 avocado & 1 tomato on 1-2 slices of toast.

Snack: 1 apple with PB dip (2tbsp PB & 2tbsp Greek Yoghurt)

Lunch: Sandwich with 3 slices of turkey breast; 1 slice of cheddar cheese & 2tsp butter.

OR coffee mint smoothie

Snack: 2 quinoa rice cakes with 4tbsp cottage cheese & 1 tomato

Dinner: meat, vegetables and rice/pasta in the slow cooker.

8 glasses of water

Workout: 3 days a week - 30mins of Zumba.

Mon - 100 abs exercises

Tues - 100 butt exercises

Wed - 100 leg exercises

Thurs - 100 arm exercises

Friday - 25 exercises of each muscle group.
